Jan 20th 2023 at 16:09:19Called and told backlog of calls : leave number and they would call back in 47 minutes. Did in approx. time advised , got agent name and ID #, put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up. Could not call back the 304-707-9490 number I was called from. Waste of Time...but, he does have my call back number so just MAYBE agent will do the right thing and call back?
